McLaughlin gains practical experience while finishing DeSales graduate studies
Quadrant Capital is excited to welcome our newest internship program member. Eamon McLaughlin is a second-year graduate student at DeSales University serving as the Graduate Assistant Coach for the DeSales men’s soccer team. He is pursuing his MBA in Data Analytics. Prior to arriving at DeSales, Eamon played two years of soccer at California State University, Bakersfield, before transferring to Lee University in Cleveland, TN. It was there that he completed his soccer career and undergraduate studies with a degree in business administration. His list of accomplishments includes:
- Twice named Academic First-Team All-Conference
- CCA South Region First-Team
- First-Team All-GSC
- United Soccer Coaches Second-Team All-South Region
- Lee University men’s soccer team captain
Originally from Derry, Ireland, Eamon grew up playing international soccer for Northern Ireland through U19. He also played in the Northern Irish Premier League for Glentoran FC and Institute FC. He fills his spare time as the head coach of two Western Lehigh United boys’ soccer teams (U14 and U16). Upon his expected graduation in April, Eamon plans to remain in the United States and secure a full-time position utilizing his academic and leadership skills while continuing to coach youth soccer.
