Frank serves as Quadrant’s CEO, driving organizational strategy and execution. Equipped with a diverse background across the financial services industry, his leadership has ushered in an era of growth and transformation at Quadrant. Under his guidance the firm has gained regional and national recognition, expanding its investment management and wealth solutions capabilities to better serve clients.
In addition to his responsibilities as CEO, Frank leads the firm’s alternative investments platform and oversees high-net-worth investor portfolios.
A proud Lehigh Valley native, Frank is deeply involved in the community through Quadrant’s partnerships with the United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley and various grassroots organizations. In his free time, he can often be found at the track, on the field or in the gym coaching youth sports.
