Kristen joined Quadrant in March 2023. Her focus is managing the firm’s marketing and branding verticals, investor relations and human capital. Charged with scaling Quadrant’s brand footprint, Kristen actively seeks best practices in external client relations and building a sound internal team culture. Kristen also oversees the firm’s charitable endeavors.

Prior to Quadrant, Kristen spent 15 years in leadership roles within higher education donor engagement and nonprofit fundraising. Kristen received her bachelor’s degree in English from Virginia Tech. A Lehigh Valley native, she lives in Coopersburg, Pennsylvania with her husband and four children. When not cheering for her kids on sports sidelines, she focuses on fitness and growth mindset practices. She loves spending time at the Outer Banks beaches and rooting for the Hokies.
