Quadrant Cares – UWGLV Day of Caring 2024

Quadrant team serves alongside over 2,300 volunteers

ALLENTOWN, Pa. — On Thursday, September 19, 2024, the Quadrant Capital team kicked off the fall by showing up for United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley’s Day of Caring – the largest single-day mobilization of volunteers in the region. A total of 54 area businesses with more than 2,300 volunteers contributed to over 90 impactful service initiatives throughout Lehigh and Northampton counties.

The team’s participation underscores their commitment to addressing local challenges and fostering a deeper understanding of the root causes of the area’s most pressing needs. UWGLV’s Day of Caring is an event that exemplifies how businesses can play a pivotal role in community enhancement.

Quadrant Capital employees dedicated their efforts to the Sixth Street Clubhouse of Boys & Girls Club, Allentown. Volunteers cleaned auxiliary spaces used to house academic and extracurricular materials needed throughout the year. They arranged hundreds of art supplies, after-school programming kits and athletic team uniforms making everything easily accessible and organized for daily use.

“The joy of giving back and making a tangible impact in our community is immeasurable. Our involvement with United Way aligns with our corporate values and also allows us to directly address critical community needs.”
